1) About Us & Scope

Blackwoodbox (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a creative branding studio based in Kerala, India. This website is for information and enquiries only. We do not sell products or collect payments on the website. Engagements are finalized offline via proposals, Statements of Work (SoW), and invoices shared directly with clients.

2) Use of the Website

• You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only.
• Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a client relationship.
• Service scope, fees, deliverables, and timelines are binding only when agreed in a signed proposal/SoW and corresponding invoice.

3) Messaging & Communications

• Primary communication channels are email and phone.
• We are evaluating WhatsApp Cloud API for future use. We do not currently operate WhatsApp messaging products on this website.
• If we enable WhatsApp messaging in the future, usage will follow applicable Meta/WhatsApp business policies and any required opt-in. We will update this page before activation.

4) Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
• No attempts to interfere with website or network security.
• No spam or unauthorized commercial solicitations.

5) Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, brand assets, and code on this site are owned by Blackwoodbox or licensed to us and may not be reproduced, adapted, or distributed without our written permission.

6) Fees, Invoicing & Taxes (Offline)

• Project fees are quoted in proposals/SoWs and invoiced directly to clients.
• Applicable taxes (including GST) will be charged as per Indian law and reflected on invoices.
• Payment terms, milestones, and revisions are governed by the agreed proposal/SoW.

7) Disclaimers

The website and communications are provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Messaging and API uptime depend on Meta/WhatsApp and BSP providers.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackwoodbox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of this website or messaging channels.

9) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blackwoodbox from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.

10) Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or messaging channels for violations of law or these Terms, or to protect our systems and users. You may stop using our site or channels at any time.

11) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kerala, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with the effective date above.
